What is a SupPorter? SupPorter is the world's first Blockchain Enabled Processing Donation System, for Nonprofits and Political Campaigns. SupPorter takes advantage of new and cutting-edge innovations in Blockchain Technology to allow organizations to receive real (fiat) and digital (crypto) currency donations. This will provide the organization with a faster, cheaper, and more transparent way to donate.

Problems Facing Industry

Today, if someone wants to send a payment, for example, one US Dollar to the organization; the trip taken by the dollar before it reaches its destination is very time consuming and expensive. This problem is further aggravated when dealing with different currencies. Any pit stops and loopholes that should be made dollars on the way to the goal ultimately degrade in value. It is eaten in legal costs, transactions, processing, and other costs until finally, when this dollar arrives at its destination, only a fraction of it goes into the organization originally intended for it. With our SupPorter Network, and SP Token, individuals will be able to make contributions based on certainty that conflicts with beliefs. SupPorter is not designed to reduce corruption and responsible expenditure, but eliminate it entirely through the use of smart contracts and ledgers is distributed.

However, suppose SupPorter meets its minimum fundraising objectives, the Company anticipates that it will be capable of operating at least up to 36 months without generating revenue.
ICO Pre-Sale
SupPorter will perform two separate Pre-Sales Bids. One shall be the Real Agreement for Token and Equity ("RATE") which shall be classified by the SEC as the Offering of Crowdfunding Rules ("CF Reg") under Title III of the JOBS Act and is open to both accredited and non accredited investors. The second is the Simple Agreement for Future Tokens ("SAFT) which will be classified by the SEC as a Personal Placement D Regulation (" Reg D) and open to accredited investors only. We are looking to raise up to $ 1,000,000 in RATE and up to $ 2,000,000 in SAFT. During pre-sales, SupPorter will be able to receive BTC, ETH, LTC and through Wire Transfer (including US Dollars).
